FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light industries for cleaning dusty gases. Two-stage dust removal system contains a cyclone connected to the filter element. Cyclone body is made of two cylindrical parts of different diameters with a conical hopper. Device is equipped with a temperature sensor, an emergency dust level sensor, a thermal automatic sensor-detector, their outputs are connected to the control controller. Collector with nozzles for connection to the fire extinguishing system is installed in the output box of the filter section. Dust collecting bin is conical or pyramidal in shape with an angle of inclination of the walls that exceeds the angle of the natural slope of the trapped dust. Nozzles are made with a spray disc and contain a cylindrical body with a fitting, a diffuser, a hollow conical swirler with through-thread cutting.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process, as well as the reduction of metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity of the apparatus.
