SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for arrangement of paper webs sealed by rotary printers into separate signatures. Proposed cross-cutting device of at least one web of roll material includes transfer cylinder arranged to form first cutting slot with first cross-cutting device and, additionally second cutting slot with second cross-cutting device.
EFFECT: possibility of uniting two webs of roll material fed along two moving paths to one transfer cylinder into common product or reprocess roll material with great number of layers by uniting two initial webs.
