FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: cylinder incorporates a casing and gripper with a nose, the said gripper moving between the cylinder pushed and gripping positions. In the latter position the gripper nose holds down the flat material to cylinder casing surface. The gripper casing swings about the axis between the aforesaid two positions. There is a counter-support arranged on the cylinder casing to grip the flat material. In compliance with the second version one conveyor belt is arranged to partially interact with the cylinder in the area between the knife reel and the flap folder.
EFFECT: increased precision.
