FIELD: mechanical engineering; turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cooled blade of turbomachine has feather with central space and channel arranged in zone on leading edge and communicating with central space and outer surface of convex part of feather through inlet channels and outlet channels made in feather. Outlet and inlet channels are tangential relative to channel arranged in zone of leading edge. Ratio of areas of through sections of outlet and inlet channels is chosen in interval 4.2>Fout/Fin>1.7. Axis of channel arranged in zone of leading edge in meridional plane of turbomachine deflects from radial direction through angle of 1 to 8°. Partition is arranged in feather at a distance of h=(0.08-0.14)L from leading edge where L is chord of feather profile in preset section. Inlet channels are made in partition, number of outlet channels exceeds number on inlet channels.
EFFECT: improved reliability of turbomachine, efficiency of cooling of blade leading edge, simplified technology of manufacture.
