FIELD: technology for manufacturing products of polycrystalline polymers.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heating material up to temperature, exceeding melting-point temperature of material TF, cooling down of material to temperature TLAV, close, but somewhat higher than temperature at which crystallization begins during cooling down TIC. Then measured amount of material at temperature TLAV is fed to form, working under pressure, and product is formed with simultaneous cooling down. Cooling down in temperature interval from temperature at which crystallization beings TIC to temperature at which crystallization ends TFC is performed at speed, equal to at least 3,5°C/sec, and then product is extracted from the form.
EFFECT: preservation of amorphous phase of material in process of its forming with simultaneous cooling down due to decreased duration of material forming process.
