SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with nonsurgical technique for treating varicocele due to carrying out medicinal therapy by taking into account testicular circulation determined with the help of dopplerography, moreover, the state of testicular circulation should be additionally estimated according to the index of resistance in its recurrent arteries. Then it is necessary to match medicinal therapy and conduct it till normalizing the index of resistance by taking into account its aging standard.
