SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, urology and andrology. Ligation and transection of the testicular vein are carried out in the retroperitoneal space. After the surgical operation regional medical therapy is performed to the patient in the area of the testicle, which consists in carrying out the blockade of the spermatic cord by the introduction of a mexidol solution in a single dose of 100 mg and 0.5% novocaine with the repetition of the manipulation after 24 hours, with the total course of 3-4 procedures.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve blood circulation and the morphofunctional recovery of testicles in the postoperative period.
