SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of hydrometallurgy, in particular, to the methods of production of the collective concentrate for extraction of the noble metals from argillo-salt wastes of the enterprises refining potassium-magnesia ores and the rock salt The method of production of the collective concentrate from the argillo-salt wastes at the operations of refining potassium-magnesia ores and the rock salt for extraction of the noble metals provides for the three-stage hydrocyclone separation the slimes are fed with the following ratio of solid to liquid equal to 1:3. The hydrocyclone separation is conducted using passing in series through 10-, 7- and 5-degree hydrocyclones, and the collective concentrate from the argillo-salt wastes of the enterprises refining potassium-magnesia ores and the rock salt for extraction of the noble metals is the mixture of the sedimentary and floatable materials representing the water-insoluble residue of the slimes; the discharge of the second hydrocyclone is in the form of the saline solution and the floatable of the water-insoluble residue of the slims with the natural and a natural and technogenic organics are fed onto the third stage of the hydrocyclone separation with extraction through the discharge nozzle of the floatable fraction with the natural and technogenic organics and the subsequent combination with the concentrates of the first and the second hydrocyclones and formation of the collective concentrate. At that the saline solution, being tailings of enriching process comes out through the sand nozzle. At that the slimes of the halurgycal and flotation plants with the high share of the natural and technogenic organics are processed. The technical result of the invention is production of the concentrate containing the natural and technogenic organics, in which the significant share of the noble metals is concentrated, at the costs savings.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the concentrate containing the natural and technogenic organics, in which he significant share of the noble metals is concentrated at the costs savings.
