FIELD: waste recovery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction of palladium, platinum and silver from the waste of potassium-magnesium ores. Extraction is carried out from clay-salt waste in the form of slurries of potash enterprises containing alkali metals, which are enriched by washing to the content of alkali metal chlorides from 15 to 30% to obtain a collective concentrate, the concentrate is granulated and sintered. As clay-salt waste, stored flotation slurries are used, which are dried after washing, while the enrichment concentrate after drying and granulation is fired at a temperature of 850°C. The resulting stub is crushed to a size of 0.1 mm, deslimed from clay particles to obtain a concentrate of enrichment of the stub in the form of sands, from which an intermetallic enrichment concentrate is obtained, containing separations of multiphase accretions of palladium, platinum and silver intermetallides in association with chalcophilous elements copper, tin and lead.
EFFECT: method provides the complex use of waste from the processing of potassium-magnesium ores with the maximum extraction of palladium, platinum and silver from them, with the formation of environmentally friendly waste.
