SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry and building materials industry, in particular,

to the method of production of the fibrous component of composites mainly - the chrysotile asbestos used at production of composites, for example, the asbopolymeric materials, such as the plastics, the thermal insulation boards, the polyvinyl chloride boards, the frictional materials, etc. The method of production of the fibrous component of the composites,

for example, the asbopolymeric materials includes deaggregation of the fibrous component, in particular - the asbestochrysotilic component, its crushing and grading with extraction in the screen fines of the classifying surface of the fine aggregates with the fibrous fineness of (-1.0) mm and the dust. The screen fines are fractionated with production of the fractions of the fibrous aggregates with the sizes of (-1.0+0.5) mm, (-0.5 + 0.25) mm, (-0.25+0.0) mm and after that conduct test of the fractions. According to the test result either all fractions are sent to the separate additional crushing in the pneumorotary crushers at an air-flow rate of 5.0-8.0 thousand m3/h, or at high saturation of the fractions with the fineness (-1.0+0.5) mm and (-0.5+0.25) mm of the fine-grained dust fraction, they before crushing are separately dedusted in the pneumomechanical classifier under action of the air stream at the flow rate of 5.0-16.0 thousand m3/h. The technical result of the invention is the increased degree of crushing and quality of a fibrous component and also the optimization of the production process.
