FIELD: aeronautical engineering; vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical takeoff and landing aircraft has nose fuselage, center fuselage and tail fuselage, wing, vertical tail, cruise-lift fan and power plant consisting of engine and gearbox. Cruise-lift fan is mounted in center fuselage; it is made in form of combined rotor provided with components of axial-flow and centrifugal fans consisting of impeller with blades secured in hub and disks with vanes located in between them. Tail fuselage is provided with passage where rotating and non-rotating vanes and flaps are mounted. Rotating flaps perform function of deceleration flaps. For generation of horizontal thrust, centrifugal fan moves air in limited sector of fan body circumference. Blades of axial-flow fan impeller may be fixed blades, variable-incidence blades and blades with wobble plates.
EFFECT: simplified construction of drive; enhanced weight efficiency.
