FIELD: transportation; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft has fuselage with lift-cruise fans, a cabin, flat-topped tail assembly and a gas-filled ski undercarriage with an adaptive pneumatic shock absorber. The fuselage is in form of an aerodynamic low-aspect wing, above the tail end of which there are controlled lattice wings, bordered on the end parts by a vertical fin, between the planes of which behind the lattice wings, there are controlled turning lift-cruise ducted fans. At the lower surface of the wing there are diffuser channels with control aileron-blades for lift-cruise fans. The aircraft can be controlled manually or automatically in accordance with synergetic laws of unity of adaptation and control processes.
EFFECT: increased safety, reliability and control efficiency in turbulent air conditions.
