FIELD: physicochemical processing techniques; devices for production of heat energy, hydrogen and oxygen.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the physicochemical processing techniques of production of heat, hydrogen and oxygen. The device contains the body made out of the dielectric material, the cover made out of the dielectric material, the anode, the cathode and the fitting pipe for feeding of the working solution. Between the body and the cover there is the plane dielectric disk with axial and peripheral holes. The upper and the lower parts of the anode-cathode dielectric rod with the axial hole and the butt cylindrical beads are inserted into the axial hole of the plane dielectric disk. The upper and the lower anodes are made out in the form of the plain disks with the axial holes and are mounted on the anode-cathode dielectric rod between the plane dielectric disk and the cylindrical beads of the upper and the lower parts of the anode-cathode dielectric rod. The anode-cathode dielectric rod, two anodes and the plane dielectric disk are connected by the nut and the bolt inserted into the axial hole of the anode-cathode dielectric rod, which functions as the cathode. Between the anodes, the plane dielectric disk and the cylindrical beads of the anode-cathode dielectric rod there are dielectric sealing rings. The fitting pipe for feeding of the solution is inserted into the axial hole of the body. The fitting pipe for withdrawal of the solution is inserted into the axial hole of the cover. The fitting pipe for withdrawal of the gases is inserted into the lateral hole in the cover. The anode and the cathode are connected to the power supply oscillating impulses. The technical result is - the increased stability of the production process and energy indexes of the device.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased stability of the production process and energy indexes of the device.
