FIELD: building, particularly devices adapted to produce concrete and powder mixes used for reinforced concrete structure erection.
SUBSTANCE: vibratory compactor comprises body containing elastodeformed tubular shell and vibration exciting means arranged inside the body and provided with case. The case ends are sealed with movable members. Body part located between tubular shell and case surface includes even number of working chambers defined by partitions extending along longitudinal body axis, wherein the body part has at least four working chambers. Each second chamber is sealed from opposite ends thereof. Opened chamber ends are communicated with each other and form single sealed spaces filled with working medium and closed onto the movable members. The vibration exciting means may alternately increase pressure and create vacuum in each space. The partitions may be formed as ribs located outside the case and tightly connected with tubular shell. The partitions may be created as removable members tightly fastened to tubular shell and to case surface. The tubular shell may have corrugations and made as removable part. Vibration exciting means may have electric drive.
EFFECT: reduced power inputs for material treatment and increased compactor reliability and efficiency as a result of tangential force vector creation.
