FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an expansion joint 2, located in a rigid protective housing 3 and connected by branch pipes to the working tube 1. The working tube 1 in the zone of the bellows compensator 2 is covered by a polymeric hydro-protective tube-sheath 4, under which there is a layer of thermal insulation made of foam materials 7, conductors of the monitoring system and other elements, for example, centering supports. The hydroprotective shell tube 4 has a corrugated portion 5 separated from the outside by means of a casing 6 mounted over the corrugated portion 5. The result is achieved due to the performance on the waterproofing tube-shell 4 of the corrugated section 5, which gives the hydro-protective tube-shell the ability to deform without destroying the changes in the temperature conditions of the coolant of the pipeline.
EFFECT: durability and performance of the expansion joint due to its reliable sealing, not disturbed by pipeline deformations.
