FIELD: weight measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has loading simulator made in the form of cars gauged as to weight, each of said cars resting upon rollers connected with one another through pivot joints. Loading simulator has length exceeding length of weighing portion at each end thereof by value making at least half the distance to subsequent rollers and is equipped with carts having replaceable weights whose weight is uniformly or in equally alternating manner distributed over the entire length thereof. Each end of loading simulator is attached by means of two stretchers to vertical columns mounted on conveyor base so that stretchers are extending in parallel with conveyor belt surface. Each car of loading simulator rests upon one pair of rollers arranged symmetrically to longitudinal axis of conveyor belt and at a distance not exceeding width of conveyor central roller. Distance between car rollers is equal to half the distance between rollers of conveyor weighing portion.
EFFECT: increased precision in graduation and controlling of weigh, reduced graduation and controlling cycle time, and also provision for controlling over the entire measurement range.
