FIELD: production of canned goods from fish and vegetables.
SUBSTANCE: claimed cannery goods are prepared by shredding and freezing of white cabbage, carrot grating, potatoes pulping, onion cutting and roasting in milk bread, wheat bread soaking in milk follower by pulping thereof; cutting of salt herring fillet and edible greens, cheese grating. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with sour cream, chicken egg, table salt, pre-packed, and black pepper, pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
