FIELD: drives for drilling with combined rotary and percussive action, particularly adapted for perforators, drilling rigs, hammers and for test beds used to perform impact load and centrifugal load tests.
SUBSTANCE: drive comprises mechanism, which converts rotary movement into translational movement. The mechanism has differential gear, crank unit, reducing gear, waveguide tool connected to drive shaft by means of reducing gear, striker. Crank mechanism is made as kinetic energy recuperator coupled to differential gear by means of crank mechanism shafts. The crank mechanism shafts are pivotally connected with striker by means of connecting rods through spring. The striker is located in guiding means and is axially aligned with the waveguide tool. Inertial mass and counterweights are fastened to connecting rod ends. Free-wheel clutch is installed on drive shaft axle.
EFFECT: possibility to impart impact pulse along with rotary energy to waveguide tool, provision of centrifugal forces balancing during inertial mass rotation.
