FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, rotor is installed eccentrically on power takeoff shaft. Blades execute translational motion in slots of cylindrical joints installed in rotor and in middle part of body. Center of each blade moves over circumference with radius equal to half of eccentricity of rotor mounting. This motion is conveyed to blades by means of plates-stabilizers and is converted into orbital movement of rotor. Disk, coaxial with power takeoff shaft and provided with slots made over arcs of circumferences of different radii, plays part of timing mechanism. Disk rotates in direction opposite to rotation of power takeoff shaft at least two-times slower and realizes cyclogram of operation of engine with odd number of combustion chambers.
EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of engine, noise level, vibrations and power losses.
