FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking saliva samples in the oral cavity at the second day after surgical intervention. 2 ml is taken on empty stomach, and transmission indices are determined in % every 1 s during 1 min using infrared spectroscopy methods and hardware and software package. Infrared radiation transmission indices mean values are calculated in wavelength bandwidth intervals of 2120-1880 cm-1, 1543-1396 cm-1 and 1087-963 cm-1 of infrared spectrum. The transmission indices mean values being equal to 75.9±3.23%, 60.1±2.01% and 51.3±1.03%, respectively, complicated clinical course of wound process is to be predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of prognosis at early stage after injury.
