Abstract RU 2285325 C2

FIELD: converter engineering; power supplies for induction heaters.

SUBSTANCE: proposed current inverter has single-phase bridge built around transistors with series diodes which is connected to inverter input leads through filter chokes. Inverter output leads are shorted out by capacitor and connected to output leads of single-phase bridge through switching chokes. Transistors are shorted out by back-to-back connected diodes and varistors. Series diodes are shorted out by series circuits incorporating capacitor and resistor. Single-phase bridge is shorted out by series circuit incorporating second capacitor, diode, and third capacitor and by second series circuit incorporating differentially-connected second diode, third capacitor, and third diode. Common point of second capacitor and diode is connected to cathode of fourth diode. Common point of second diode and third capacitor is connected to cathode of fifth diode. Anodes of fourth and fifth diodes are interconnected and connected to emitter group of single-phase bridge through third series circuit incorporating choke and resistor. Common point of diode and second capacitor is connected to anode of sixth diode. Common point of third capacitor and third diode is connected to anode of seventh diode. Cathodes of sixth and seventh diodes are interconnected and connected to collector group of single-phase bridge through fourth series circuit incorporating second choke and second resistor.

EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of current inverter.
