FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for sowing of farm crops, application of pelletized fertilizers and other like materials.

SUBSTANCE: working tool has guider and baffle equipped with curved wings, with curvature of wings being oriented toward direction of flow, said baffle being positioned under guide. Baffle wings are converging together in their upper part to form double-sided surface with acute angle at apex and inclination angle of connecting rib oriented in backward direction relative to advancement direction. Baffle is positioned on flat bottom extending across width of flat cultivator hoe of share in space under hoe. Bottom is made continuously narrowing and inclining from mid portion to both ends and backward so as to form, in conjunction with front wall and upper partition, of distributing box with continuous rear sowing slot.

EFFECT: increased yield owing to wide strip or continuous row-free sowing of seeds or fertilizers, and reduced consumption of power and materials.
