FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely production of antifriction composition copper base powder materials, possibly for making sliding bearing assemblies.
SUBSTANCE: method comprise steps of preparing charge containing bronze-graphite powder with particle size no more than 250 micrometers produced by grinding waste bronze-graphite bearings and copper powder in quantity consisting 11-12% of bronze-graphite powder quantity; pressing prepared charge under pressure 250 - 270 MPa and sintering it in protection medium at 890 -910°C for time period no less than 60 min.
EFFECT: improved operational properties of materials, lowered wear of parts joined with such material in friction assemblies.
