FIELD: mechanical engineering; vibrating conveyors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration-transportation device contains horizontal vibration exciter and four drums with parallel axles over which flexible closed flat belt passes. Drums are installed for axial rotation in pairs in parallel horizontal planes. Belt is made in form of figure eight, with bases in horizontal plane and crossing sides in vertical plane. End of horizontal plate connected with vibration exciter is placed in zone of crossing of belt sides to contact with the latter. Said horizontal plate is made in form of two sections made by longitudinal cutting of plate end, bent in opposite sides from plane of plate at tilting to horizon of belt sides and covered with layer of material with high friction coefficient.
EFFECT: increased speed of transportation, enlarged possibility of adjustment.
