FIELD: metal working of the machine components; methods of electromechanical working of the machine components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the metal working of the machine components, in particular, to the method of electromechanical working of the machine components. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the process of the electromechanical working. The electromechanical working is conducted by three tools moving simultaneously one after another along the axis of the detail and arranged uniformly around it. Each roller is connected to one of the phases of the three-phase alternating current source forming with the detail and other rollers the common electric circuit. At that the trajectory of movement of each subsequent roller lags behind of the
previous one by 0.32...0.34 pitch. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the machine working, reduction of the electric power input, remedy distortions of the phases of the power supply network.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increase of productivity of the machine working, reduction of the electric power input, remedy distortions of the phases of the power supply network.
