FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of case secured on machine and of three blocks with working tools. The said blocks are arranged on the case and are connected to the system of a three-phase power source thus creating a common electric circuit with a treated part based on a machine bench. Two blocks are made mutually replaceable and are installed on the case in symmetry relative to the middle block; their axes are arranged at acute angle to central axis of the case perpendicular to treated surface and in one secant plane with it. Working tool rotation axis of the middle block is equally spaced relative to the other two blocks and is located in parallel to them secant plane. The working tool of the middle block is positioned behind or in front relative to a line running through contact zones of working tools of the other two blocks with treated surface. The blocks with working tools are electrically isolated from the case and each of them is secured on the case so, that position of the working tool can be adjusted relative to treated surface. A holder of the machine is hinged to the case and can perform angular rotation relative to it.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of surface treatment.
