FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves representing living organism health state output data as transformation of medical data describing living organism health state into color-encoded information signals in visible spectrum making color code diagram matrix having rows corresponding to medical data values of the organism and columns showing time coordinate of measurement done. Matrix cell color shows permissible medical data item variation range. The method involves saving the data on material information carrier and analyzing output data variations. The input data describing living organism health state like available treatment with drugs, curative and recreative procedures are recorded with dependencies on time coordinates being taken into account. The data Are transformed into input color code diagram matrix having rows corresponding to input data types and columns to time coordinate of action, and matrix cell color corresponds to availability or lack of given input data type. The results of evaluation of each index are accumulated in the same information field with the input color code diagram matrix depending on measurement time and represented as colorimetric diagrams usable for analyzing changes in medical indices depending on input data influence.

EFFECT: high objectivity degree in evaluating patient organism health state.
