SUBSTANCE: transformer contains two permanent memorizing devices, two multiplying digital-analog converters, electronic generator, register, electronic keys, inverter, repeater, two amplifiers with adjustable transmission coefficient, while electronic keys are made in form of first and second paired electronic keys.
EFFECT: simplified realization of angle code functional transformer.
