FIELD: medicine; medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating contra-directional electromagnetic flux in closed volume for treating objects, selecting some radiation portion from the contra-directional electromagnetic flux in closed volume, transforming this portion with spherical mirror members into divergent beams in spatial angle equal to full sphere. The device has chamber for arranging cell members supporting objects under treatment and electromagnetic wave sources like pulsating lamps mounted on in the chamber. Reflecting spherical mirror members are fixed on guy lines in the chamber on different sides of optically transparent cell members enabling electromagnetic radiation to be vignetted by the pulsating lamps. The method for mounting involves using diametrically opposite openings available in the spherical members in introducing a string with loops formed on its end portions, fixing the spherical members on the string in given positions and fastening string ends in chamber walls by means of loops under tension.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of objects disinfection and sterilization.
