FIELD: space engineering; surface electrical tests of communication satellites and their repeaters.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system is made in form of liquid loop filled with heat-transfer agent. This system includes cooler whose outlet is connected with outlet of said loop through electric pumping unit, first cavity of recuperative heat exchanger equipped with bypass line and heat-transfer agent heater. Cooler inlet is connected to loop inlet through heat exchange cavity. System is also provided with compensating unit, switching and control unit, heat-transfer agent flow meter and temperature sensors, adjustable throttle valve and flexible pipe lines with hydraulic joints at the ends which are cross-connected through valve. Heat-transfer agent heater is made in form of liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger whose one cavity is communicated with liquid loop and its second cavity is communicated with liquid passage of additional sub-loop. Additional sub-loop is provided with flow-through electric heater controlled by heat-transfer agent flow rate synchronizers and other specific units. Provision is also made for solenoid valves in line running to first cavity of heat exchanger and in bypass line, as well as switching control unit which is compatible and connected with automated test complex of satellite or repeater.
EFFECT: universality of system; improved working characteristics; enhanced reliability of tests.
