FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-lifting facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains load-carrying shaft with suspension hinge unit and rotation lock, slinging gears with wire ropes and damper. Damper is arranged between load-carrying shaft and suspension hinge unit, and being made in form of hollow housing with cover and vertical output shaft with collar, and between cover and collar of shaft of elastic member, and lower end of output shaft is connected with suspension hinge unit. Elastic member is made in form of hollow cylinder manufactured of elastomer. Radial clearance between outer surface of elastic member and damper housing and radial clearance between inner surface of elastic member and output shaft are chosen to conform to required conditions.
EFFECT: protection of drive members from overloads, reduced dynamic loads.
