FIELD: aeronautical engineering; flying vehicle equipment for transportation of cargoes in external store; performance of construction and erection jobs.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has cross-member with cargo slings at the ends which is connected with helicopter lock by means of couplings, cross-member stabilization system provided with elastic couplings and cross-member orientation system for its orientation in horizontal plane; it is provided with drive in form of winch and actuating member - sling. Connected to one end of cross-member is main elastic coupling of stabilization system; actuating member that is winch sling is connected to opposite end of cross-member by means of several blocks. One or several blocks are mounted on opposite end of cross-member; other blocks are secured to helicopter body. Winch sling embraces blocks in turn forming tackle block; its running blocks are secured to cross-member and standing blocks are secured to helicopter body. End of sling running off tackle block is connected to additional elastic coupling whose stiffness is lesser than that of main elastic coupling, owing to which (and owing to use of tackle block) dynamic loads in cross-member drive and duration of cargo vibration are reduced at simultaneous enhancing of accuracy of erection. Elastic couplings of stabilizing system may be made in form of rubber shock absorbers or springs. Position of cargo is stabilized due to resistance forces arising in both elastic couplings in case of change of their length.
EFFECT: reduction of dynamic loads in cross-member drive; enhanced accuracy of cargo handling in azimuth in performing construction and erection jobs.
