FIELD: oil production, particularly methods or apparatus for obtaining oil, gas, water, soluble or meltable materials or a slurry of minerals from wells.

SUBSTANCE: method involves lowering perforation device including body with guiding channel in well; lowering flexible shaft in well and arranging thereof in guiding channel; connecting flexible shaft with cutting head located in the channel; drilling perforation channels. Perforation device comprises cartridge including a number of cells adapted to receive cutting heads. Guiding channel of perforation device body is directed coaxially to cartridge cell comprising cutting head. Perforation channels are drilled by stepwise cutting head replacement. Device comprises body with guiding channel adapted to receive hollow flexible shaft with cutting head. The device is provided with cartridge including a number of cells adapted to receive cutting heads. The body is installed so that the body may perform periodical forced displacement to provide stepwise curvilinear channel and hollow flexible shaft displacement from one cell to another one including cutting heads along with providing stepwise movement of fixer included in movement unit and to fix cartridge with respect to the body.

EFFECT: increased operational efficiency, reliability and safety.
