FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly survey of oil, gas and gas condensate boreholes or wells.

SUBSTANCE: method involves performing gas-dynamic survey; arranging high-pressure plant around tubing-casing annulus and filing the plant with indicative liquid; replacing gaseous fluid of conductive tubing-casing annulus channel with indicative fluid under gravity; recording tubing-casing annulus pressure corresponding to replacement volume; determining accumulated capacitive characteristics of conductive tubing-casing annulus channel from above measurements with taking into consideration, that conductive channel section depth is in direct proportion to liquid level drop rate and in inverse proportion to pressure drop rate.

EFFECT: possibility to obtain accumulated capacitive characteristics of conductive tubing-casing annulus channel to choose isolation works necessary for tubing-casing annulus pressure reduction.
