FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used in operation of gas and gas condensate wells equipped with tubing. Method consists in the fact that without killing the well a central lifting string (CLS) is lowered into it and installed with formation of annular space (AS). Well is operated first by the CLS, and then through the AS with measurement of pressure at the wellhead and at the shoe, as well as with measurement of flow rate by means of a diaphragm meter of critical flow. Filtration coefficients A and B and hydraulic resistances in the CLS and in the AS are calculated. Space of the CLS and AS is shut off, pressure in the CLS is measured and the current formation pressure is calculated. Liquid flow rate and gas flow rate are determined, from which water-gas factor is determined. Values of effective diameter and hydraulic radius of AS, values of temperature and density of liquid, as well as values of bottomhole pressure and gas supercompressibility factor at the bottom are determined. Taking into account these values, the minimum flow rate in the AS is determined, which provides complete carry-over of the liquid. Well is operated by AS and CLS with control by means of flow rate change through CLS. Pressure at the wellhead and bottomhole pressure are measured. Minimum bottomhole pressure is calculated, based on which the working flow rate of GLF is specified. Wellhead pressure in the CLS is calculated. In the well, the flow rate is set equal to the value of the said flow rate of the CLS GLF and further operation of the well is carried out.
EFFECT: increase of well productivity and increase of its operation efficiency.
