FIELD: production of canned soup concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are produced by cutting of onion, carrot and white roots and roasting thereof in vegetable oil, fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing, beet cutting and blanching, beef chopping. Beef is blended with onion, chicken eggs, milk butter, drinking water, table salt, and black pepper to produce mince followed by meatball formation therefrom. Then rest abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with tomato paste, sugar, table salt, black pepper, and bay leaf. Obtained mixture is pre-packed together with meatballs and bone broth in specific component ratio, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
