SUBSTANCE: apparatus 1 for rolling of transport cars 7 having guarantee lock 8 equipped with locking mechanism 9 comprises collection place 2 wherein transport cars 7 are arranged on the basis of guarantees in at least one row 3 in position wherein said cars are connected to one another and may be disconnected and withdrawn from said row 3 upon paying of guarantee fee, and device 5 which acts upon locking mechanism 9 of each guarantee lock 8 at the zone of place 2 for connecting and disconnecting of transport cars 7 only within the collection place 2. Device 5 has at least one sensor 6. Locking mechanism 9 of each guarantee lock 8 is furnished with electric control means 10 controlled by means of device 5.
