SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the parking of vehicles. Device, providing parking of vehicles, is intended to increase the number of later ones, coming per unit of square space of group or individual parking. Device consists of stationary and moving parts. Stationary part represents a fundament made with the ability driving on it after the transformation of device in bi-level parking. Movable part includes platform made with the ability of driving on it after the device transformation in one-levered parking. Device also contains actuating mechanism made as transfer mechanism representing reducing gear, or cylinder actuator, or screw, and leverage with hand or/and pneumatic or hydraulic, or electric drive, power lift for device transformation from one-leveled into bi-level parking and back. After the transformation into one-leveled parking device represents construction which can be overcome by the transport in one direction. That's why within 2 m across the width of such direction ledges of specified construction with extension along the same direction, less than 1 m does not exceed the height of 0.2 m. At the same time, either after the transformation in one-leveled and after the transformation in bi-level parking platform is located above the fundament. After the transformation in one-leveled parking platform is located near the fundament on one level with it within the road profile or ground. Variants of vehicle positioning methods on parking close to roadways and routes or on the attached to the buildings or constructions territories are also described.

EFFECT: increasing of parking index, securing of its safety and working capacity of parking devices in winter period.
