FIELD: medicine, urogynecology.
SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with ultrasound trial to measure urethral mobility against patient's vertical axis both at rest and at straining in patients with genital prolapse. It is necessary to detect the shift and deformation of bladder's posterior wall. At angle's value between urethra and vertical axis of patient's body in case of rest being above 23° and its rotation in case of strain being above 20°, and, also, at the presence of the shift of bladder's posterior wall being below the edge of pubic symphysis and deformation of bladder's posterior wall as acute-angles triangle one should conclude upon the presence of central defect of pubic-cervical fascia.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
