FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, urogynaecology. A perforated individually-sized trapezoid polypropylene mesh implant is placed. A trapezoid height is determined as a distance from an introit to a vaginal vault apex. A wide base of the trapezoid is a half distance between the interface of ischial tuberosity plus two centimetres. A narrow base of the trapezoid is equal to a width of uterine cervix plus two centimetres. Two polypropylene sleeves are attached from the left and right to the sides of the mesh adjoining the wide base of the trapezoid with a non-absorbable suture. The sleeves are delivered through the obturator foramens. A posterior border of the polypropylene mesh is fixed to paracervical tissues with preserving the uterus or to McCall suture in performing a hysterectomy. A front border of the mesh is fixed to a pubic-cervical fascia at the front vaginal incision. The vagina is closed with no excessive mucosa excised.

EFFECT: method enables performing the surgical correction of internal genital descent and prolapse, colposyctocele in females, reduces a risk of complications following the correction of prolapsed and a rate of recurrence of internal genital descent and prolapse.
