SUBSTANCE: after surgical treatment it is necessary to affect with electromagnetic radiation of millimeter range. The impact should be fulfilled at frequency of molecular range of radiation and absorption of nitrogen oxide. The impact should be performed onto affected part of parodontium for 3 min, not less. Irradiation should be carried out for about 3-5 seances, per 1 seance daily. The power of radiation at output corresponds to 500 mcW, the density of radiation power at mucosal surface corresponds to 17.4 mcW/sq. cm. The distance between irradiator's center and the object should be chosen to be equal to 4 cm. The innovation provides stimulation of endogenous nitrogen oxide in lesion focus.
