FIELD: equipment for feeding of paper in faxes, printers, copying machines etc.

SUBSTANCE: discrete paper feeding apparatus has speed reducing mechanism section for transmitting rotation of drive engine to separating roll after reduction of rotational speed, disk member provided with channels, lever member disposed laterally of disk member channels, sliding pin provided on lever member projecting and sliding along channels upon rotation of disk member. Speed reducing mechanism section has central toothed wheel with teeth on its inner surface, and planetary toothed wheels. Disk member is disposed at one end of shaft for rotating separating roll and is attached to toothed section equipped with toothed wheel having teeth on its inner surface. Lever member is positioned for radial sliding relative to disk member. Rotation of lever member is regulated by rotation of rotation stopping member. Apparatus of such construction allows predetermined interval between sequentially moved document sheets to be provided even when peripheral speed difference is small.

EFFECT: elimination of warpage and elongation of image under printing process by reducing peripheral speed difference.
