FIELD: operation of oil wells. SUBSTANCE: device includes ignition unit, powder sections of charge made of compositions ensuring their burning in water water-oil and acid media. There is one or several igniting powder sections which ignite the main powder sections. There is equipment including parts for assembly of charge powder sections passing through central channel of each powder section, and parts ensuring tightening of powder sections adjacent to each other. Equipment presents a sectional rod made of strong material, for instance, of metal. Upper end of rod is connected to logging cable and lower end is connected to electronic unit for measurement of characteristics of charge operating conditions and response of bottom-hole zone to gas-dynamic stimulation. Rod and couplings connecting separate parts of rod into single structure have a hollow channel passing inside rod and couplings along their central axis. They form charge internal cavity through which wire is passed with heat-resistant insulation and connects electronic unit with logging cable, and wire supplying power to ignition unit.
