FIELD: valving.
SUBSTANCE: gate valve comprises wedge-shaped valving member with two plates that cooperate with the seat of the gate valve and are provided with means for bayonet mounting inside the casing. The casing is connected with the drive via the spindle. The plates are spaced with the spacing member that is made of a pivot with three degree of freedom and has member with the tip and member with hollow for the tip that cooperate with each other. The member with the tip is secured to one of the plates of the valving member. The member with the hollow is connected with the second plate of the valving member. Each member of the spacing means is provided with cylindrical shank. Each plate has cylindrical socket for the shank.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety.
