FIELD: combustion chambers.

SUBSTANCE: the tubular-type combustion chamber of a gas-turbine engine has a cavity formed by the body accommodating a flame tube having a swirler, combustion zone, mixing zone and a spark plug. The tubular-type combustion chamber is made for burning of a hydrogen-oxygen mixture. The cavity formed by the body is sealed preventing the ingress of the hydrogen-oxygen mixture to it, and is provided with an injector made for control of the supply of liquid fuel cooling the flame tube and then of the combustion products. The flame tube is made for a detachable and sealed fastening to the compressor outlet connection.

EFFECT: enhanced economical and ecological efficiency of the tubular-type combustion chamber.
