SUBSTANCE: .device comprises pad with movable transverse baffles set in its longitudinal sides and defining cells that receive the cleaning balls. The longitudinal sides of the pad are provided with bushings made of a flexible sound-absorbing material and provided with the grooves for receiving the baffles made of rods for permitting reciprocation in the horizontal plane within (0.8-2.0)D, where D is the diameter of the cleaning balls.
