FIELD: aeronautical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes electrical panel with indicators and units for connection of this panel with fuel system components, sensors-indicators inclusive; device is connected to at least one signal converter unit whose inputs are connected with sensors-indicators and outputs are connected with fuel system units. Simulators of two types are mounted inside panel. Each simulator of first type is connected in parallel relative to one of sensors-indicators and is used for simulating the signals fed to input of converter units. Each simulator of second type is connected in series relative to one of sensors-indicators and is used for closing the circuit at absence of power and simulating failure at supply of power to simulator. Additional controls provided inside panel are connected with fuel system units. Provision is also made for interlocking module which disconnects simulators and additional in-flight controls. Proposed device makes it possible to perform detailed check of fuel system automatic controls directly on flying vehicle with no complex preparatory operations requiring fueling and draining fuel.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; reduction of time required for monitoring procedure.
