SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring and recording equipment in railway transport for monitoring the work of special rolling stocks (SRS). System includes a control unit, a binding unit and parameter processing, a control unit for technical parameters, a satellite navigation system unit, a fuel level sensor, a differential fuel consumption sensor, a fuel temperature sensor in the tank, engine speed sensor, display, buzzer, onboard power supply unit, autonomous power supply unit, data storage unit, radio communication unit, remote workstation, photo fixation unit, image recognition unit.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of automated monitoring of SRS operation processes is achieved.
