FIELD: passenger aircraft fuel systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes fuel compartments, filling devices, venting devices, fuel measurement and indicator units, engine booster pump connected with pump of other wing through closed cross-feed cock and jet-type transfer pump. Tank of each wing is connected with fuel feed pipe line. Provision is made for drive fuel transfer pump activating the jet-type pump. Outlets of wing drive pumps are connected through closed cross-feed transfer cock. Service compartments are connected through closed cock combining service compartments. Provision is also made for units for automatic opening of above-mentioned cocks. Fitted at outlets of fuel-feed and drive pumps are pressure sensors for automatic opening of cross-feed cocks.
EFFECT: continuous supply of fuel at low temperatures and negative load factor.
