FIELD: engines and pumps; aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fuel systems of airplane power units. System comprises fuel tanks, pre-flow and flow compartments, make-up pump, jet transfer pump, pipeline of active fuel supply equipped with valves. As opposed to available ones, it also comprises tank-accumulator, fuel level detectors, tank emptying detectors and pressure detector at the outlet of transfer pump. Transfer pumps are equipped with hydraulic valves controlled from fuel level detectors. Between hydraulic valve and fuel level detector there are electrically controlled valves that actuate by signal from tank emptying detector or pressure detector at the pump outlet in case of pressure drop below previously specified value and by return signal of pressure detector. Two make-up pumps are provided, being installed at different height. In unit of electric valves control, normally open first relays are connected to pressure detectors downstream make-up pumps, the second relays - to detectors of engine start, and timer is available.
EFFECT: increased duration of flight at negative and zero overloads.
